Don't run with the man who says he's found the truth - but in discovering you are running alongside another in truly shared purpose, the presence of truth reveals itself to the degree we are willing and ready to accept. Truth isn't 'out there' to be possessed and controlled or weaponised - but is rather a contextual transparency in which honest question results honest answer, and so an honourable outcome unfolds from an honourable process of communication or observation and interpretation.

It ought to be evident that the very fact we have a word 'truth' is the sign of its being obscured and rendered 'questionable' rather than the simplicity of an honest question given answer.

Placebo (saline) vaccines would be fairly safe - excepting for any psychological basis for nocebo effect. But of course the ethical issues make this an outrageous suggestion - to vaccine-risk or inefficacy deniers. But this issue is very emotionally polarising - and that means people only change their mind by their own willingness to reconsider what they believe true. For my part any  truth that has to be coercively applied is evidently lacking substance.

I read that infant mortality in the USA is now the lowest among developed nations - but who wants to consider that what their parental instincts are giving priority to as protection, could work the other way? Its unthinkable - horrible - and anyone raising it to such parents will seem horrible and unworthy of a voice. This sort of mind-trap is pervasive to many issues.

But the desire to protect our kids is common to us all, and common ground is the key to opening communication - hence  Robert Kennedy's CHD campaign is FOR scientifically proven safe and effective vaccinations, along with freedom of informed consent regarding medical or biological interventions. This list came through of some of their achievements this year.

It doesn't help to be right if we only make others wrong.

The wish to be 'right' as a competitive advantage of self-interest is what sets up the problem in the first place.

Janet, others won’t agree, but I think there will never be a safe and effective vaccine because they all use toxicity to hyper stimulate the immune system. Good nutrition and natural selection are the only effective approaches. Even the disease organisms are involved in their own natural selection so it will never end.

Remember the quotation used by Andrew Wakefield, “Follow the man who seeks the truth, run from the man who’s found it”. Those who have found it include most politicians, and dishonest people in the medical world, some of whom have been mentioned frequently on this blog. (Given my first paragraph, it probably includes me. Doh!)
